The best place to find your Tax Code is on a recent payslip. It will be labelled "Tax Code"
You can also ask your employer, or check any recent paperwork you may have received from HMRC.
In England it will usually start with a number and end in a letter eg. 1257A.
In Wales it may start with a "C" eg. C1257A.
In Scotland it may start with an "S" eg. S1257A.
Permanently Home Based?
You are considered to be permanently home based if you are not required to spend any regular time working at your employer's office, attending ad hoc meetings is fine but scheduled office hours indicate that your role is hybrid so in that circumstance you should select NO.
